Any of you guys have an issue driving with your lips...?
I put mine on the other day, I love it looks cool. Problem is I can't get out of my driveway. I've tried sideways, slow..everything.
Anyone else ever have this issue? What can I do? This could be a problem...considering I'm stock hight. I have 17" rims with 45 series tires.
Any ideas would be great, and I would like to keep it on.

i would suggest you shave that baby down an inch or two. Cuz no matter how you drive its gonna scrap the ground resulting you in having 2 carbon fiber lips. oh joy. or you could get rid of it and do what i did. get some diamond plate sheets of metal and use that as the lip. much stronger when you decide to drop it. helpped my blitz front from ever getting damaged. gots a picture if you want to see it.

I had the plastic lip on and had the same issue of clearance with my driveway. I left it on and scraped everytime I went in or left my driveway...it never once cracked. The only reason I took it off is because it cracked when I slid off the road and took out some mailboxes this winter. I realize this is different than the cf lip...but it's something to think about.

I might cut a replica in thin sheet metal. Find a way to fasten it to the bottom of the lip, so when it scrapes it ain't all that bad.
Anyone ever try this before?

Park on the street. It's more safe.

This is exactly why we make our lips flat so they dont reduce ground clearance. A lip that steps down, especially a carbon fiber one, is just not practical for daily driving. People with the RM lips crack them all the time. If you cant even get into your driveway, its only a matter of time for you my friend.

Yeah, agree with remy. Lips look really nice but even with a prokit drop, my front AND SIDES are all scratched up.
