I just got black leather seats and my old seatbelts are grey. Is there anyway I can paint the belts black or dye them. Better yet is there anywhere I can buy them black OEM?

I am not sure exactly if it would work out, but there is some dye at like craft stores that you can get to take color out and then they have a black dye. Its what I was probably going to use on mine. Its called Rit Dye remover and then just the Rit Dye black.

be careful, you may end up with black smudges all across your shirt and waistband. that dye tends to wear off when rubbing against things.:-o

My crash book says gray and beige only except for convertible. Is this correct?

Never mind.. I wont be needing black seat belts because I am not keeping the seats. I found out just recently when they arrived that they are dyed black than what he had posted saying they were STOCK black leather seats

His brother says that these seats were dyed over a year ago in the post under bad guys for selling/wanted.. Its very funny how the paint smells fresh

man guys..i got some black belts in my car as we speak...im not sure exactly what car they came out of but there exacly the same just black...if im not mistaken eclipse's, talon's, and avengers have the same belts...avengers might be the one with the black ones...not sure though...i got mine from good ole 9D9 a while back...and there not dyed....they come stock on something...
