So I put some neon tubes that I had left over from when i used to have them in my interior under my hood so they illuminate through the vents in my hood. I dont know whether I like it or not so let me know what you guys think. The pics are a pretty good idea of how they look, you can see the tube depending on what angle you're looking at it.

i'm more than likely going to get rid of it, but i dont know i might keep it, right now they're just neon tubes zip-tied to the mesh grilles, with the wires electrical taped to the battery. if i decide to keep it i'd hide the tubes better and put them on a switch of course.

i have no opinion..can't decide.

i'm goin for the good looking stock look. i used to have audiobahn stickers on the quarter windows and center tail-light up until yesterday when those came off. so much cleaner without bullshit. anyone wanna buy some neon tubes?

thats why I told him to do what he wants.. I actually like it, besides I think its sorta ricey, I think good taste ricing is cool, overboard isnt, that light is cool, props b/c its new (atleast to me) the saturn I see drivin around town w/ a 3 foot aluminum wing isnt...

I like it! Its original and defiantly subtle enough to not stand out too much. I say hide the tubes and keep 'em. Wire them to your parking lights. If you have NOS then you should purge through the openings too, the red light with the Purge spray would look awesome.

thats a really good idea. i took the tubes out for now, if i go ahead and do this i think i'm going to have to get some tubes that are thinner so i can hide them up there better. wish i had some nos... lol
