if i'm thinking correctly, all the bolts or whatever, are on the inside of the quarter panel...remove the interior pieces in your hatch and look around on the metal there...

waaaait, no need to go removing panels. if you want the sides off merely raise the trunk, and there are 2 screws that go into the side of the outer peice...they run horizontal. just unscrew those and pull off the peices. then to remove the brackets there are a couple screws that hold the bracket to the rear panel. for removing the large center peice you have to remove the lower portion of the hatch paneling. jsut 2 screws and a few pop clamps later its off. like 2-3 screws for the middle section, and there are screws/bolts that are on the very ends of the hatch assembly...usually covered by a black stopper lookin thing. then unhook the white connector which runs to the 3rd brake light, and remove the gromett. the entire process takes less then 5 min and you only have to remove 1 panel.

Also, every single part around the area on the inside of the 1/4 panel looks like it has been sealed up. i hope the previous owners didnt fuck around with anything

Did you look to the left side (on the right side) of the actual spoiler piece? Mine come right off with the 2 screws right there. Stop looking on the inside of the panel, it's on the side of the spoiler piece.

Finally got it all done, i need to finish patching the holes. I am using epoxy and mesh on the back side. And tehn i will fill them in with bondo. I have my own air paint gun so i can do everything my self. And there are no holes in the 1/4 panels:-) 225 bucks teh auto body place quoted me can kiss my ass.

Sorry to bring back an old post, but I tried searching, and I kept getting stuff related to "turbo" :S so that didn't work very well, but does the turbo wing bolt up the the same holes on the hatch as the middle of the 3 piece? I plan on going wingless for a little while until I can find a turbo wing.

no ut the cover the holes on the outside part of the hatch....you'll need to have the center part of the hatch filled/painted.. and the rear panals filled and painted....but you will need to redrill...
