Does anyone know how much it would cost to have fender flares put on? Also, how much do you think it would cost to have my passenger side fender, door, quarter panel, rear bumper and rear hatch refinished(repainted white)?

The shops I called quoted me as low and $350 and as high as $1000 to install flares. Plus you have to add the price of the flares. And then add the paint.

i have seen flares and am in the process of getting some. the price for the flares are around 75 each .....i have the web site also http://store.yahoo.com/rodi/fenderextensions.html these would look sooo tight

Um, i don't think those will look very good. You can get 4 fiberglass ones that are made for imports for $300 -$400. Those are made for trucks.
