I just redid my headliner and now its on to the sunroof cover. Is there a way to get that thing out without breaking it and without taking out the glass? I guess my question really is...
Whats the best way to get the thing out??

Use a flathead screwdriver and push the spring loaded tabs in. Those tabs slide in grooves on either side of the sunroof assembly. There are six, two on the front half and four on the rear half. it helps to have the sunroof popped up and opened a few inches, so you can take the sunshade out through the top.
