2g GSX rims and 3g GT rims look exactly the same to me. ARe they the same width and everything?

the gsx and 3g rims bend easily. if i remember right lots of 3g owners filed law suits against enkei because the rims would warp or crack without provocation. and yes i am also jealous

is this true? can it be prevented? does one warp more than the other?

i thought that was just the gsx wheels CK..maybe im wrong tho. i know the gsx rims had a problem with bending but i thought they fixed that for the 3g rims :shrug

ACTUALLY.... the 2G and 3G wheels are NOT the same. The 2G GSX rims have a polished lip and are a welded 2 piece wheel. The 3G wheel is a one piece and if you look closely, they are a little different. But that's if your obsessed like me :) sorry
But yes it's the 2G wheel that is easly bent, so if you have these just be very careful!!! The 3G's as far as I know are fine. I havnt heard anything crapy about them.
