What can I do to stop the rust on my top. It is right behind the sunroof and down near the stock wing? Any suggestions. Or do i need to have it re painted

Sand it flat with the paint, then paint a little of rustoleum over it.

if its small spots...
scrape the rust off with an exacto knife.. make sure you get it all off
then use a small art paintbrush to paint in some rustoleom
