i was thinkin, if you watch ebay the auctions are flooded with 17x8 gt wheels with tires going for cheep. i m pretty sure the gt wheels will fit on a 2g, but i will have my mustang buddy come over this weekend to double check.
will they fit?

is the bolt pattern the same? if so i dont see why they wouldnt, 5x114.3

I think the bolt pattern might just be the same. I'm not sure though. I have the 17x8 on my car. The 17x9 Cobra R rims on our Cobra I *think* had the same bolt pattern and all as the 14" rims on my Eclipse. If I were in Houston I'd try it but I'm not.

Wait, Mustangs are RWD with positive offset. We have FWD with negative offset. You'd have your wheels pegged out, and that shit was cool in the early 90's.....wait....no, it was never cool.
