The alarm has the ability to lock and unlock them but i cant figure out how to make it do it. I dont see any wires not connected except a solid black 1. The factory installed means pursuit by the way. Any help is great.

You will need door actuators in the doors to flip the lock/unlock switch. It's a small series of rods that pull the switch back and forth. Go to any Mobile One electronics, circuit city, etc. They can pop them in cheap and fast.

If you want to see it you have to take your door panel off, it connects to the lock/unlock switch and moves it back and forth. I didn't have power door lock and I bought an aftermarket alarms from best buy (got ripped off) I had to pay $75 per door actuator.

My alarm has them built in but claims to need a interface to work. I brought it to a shop that installs alarms and such. Guys that runs it ons a 96 eclipse nice one too. He said it does need an interface just wires that connect from the alarm to lock actuators. the wire is supplied and connected to the alarm but he dont have a install manuel for that alarm so dont know what wire it is. Wants 40 to try and figure it out.
