Does anyone know what kind of guages are used in the RS of the LimeGreenish Eclipse in the Fast and the Furious. I was just watching the eclipse just to enjoy the look of it and i realized that the guages weren't stock, and it looked pretty sweet. So it would really help if someone knew what kind of guages/speedometer/tachometer they used.

that is the gayest shit ive ever seen.

he has a speedometer...it's just placed off to the side... I know that car had 3 gauges over on the pass. airbag...Although if they had any common sense at all(which they apparently dont, note the Center of the steerring wheel....) they would have put the Speedo in an A-pillar pod... I noticed that in the movie that his speedo is a small gauge, so it's either the A-pillar, Vent cluster(yknow, the ones that over you center cluster vents), or over on the pass. airbag....I like the car and all the ideas they had with it... It just pisses me off that they ruined it by lying about it left and right, espicially in most of the collectables(a reconizable 420A in a GSX..surrrreeeeee) I just wish that car was black or at least just the solid lime green..I hate the "Eagle" on the side(i'm decently sure you all know that the car that they picked to copy for the movie was a Talon with an Eclipse conversion...)

actually I believe it's NOS! Not naws! LOL, but trust me I agree with you guys completely, it's dumb idea...

Ya, It seems to me that in the begining the car did show the normal speedo when the got it up to 140.

sorry, i guess people just assumed you already knew what a tach and fuel gauge is, thus leading to the discussion.

yeah....he mos def has a normal gauge setup where he tops out his car in that parking lot, not to mention an 8 or so speed tranny. I never even say taht cf gauge setup ntil this thread, actually. aif i remember correctly, they were jus white face gauge overlays, or something along them lines. That car ha d alot done to it, but nothing above the ordinary that you can't jus get on ebay or a local shop...nice car, bad publicity, ricers loved it...jus my $.02
