#1- what is the best lookin, but most efficient bumper for the 97-99 eclipses? gimmie your opinions

#2- is there a spoiler that wont affect my porformance or will aid it? not some huge aluminum one that only makes the fron end go uo, thats the last thing i need....thanx:thumbsup

best bumper = 97-99 STOCK bumper.

spoiler? no, you're FWD you dont need a spoiler.. it adds weight. If anything switch to a 97-99 turbo spoiler.. dont get an aftermarket one.

if you want the most performance oriented bumper skins for your DSM, I would suggest checking out Squidskins. They offer both fiberglass and carbon fiber front and rear bumper skins for the TALON. Then you wouldn't need some goofy, wide mouth front clip. If you are a pre-97 Eclipse, it will bolt right up as you have the same headlights as we Talons do. If you are newer than that, it will still fit, but you will have the gap at the inner corners of your lights.

For wings, they are not required. FWD doesn't need much back there except to stabilize the rear at high speeds (ie: over 100mph or so). A lot of people here have started shaving the wings completely off. Check out the sig pics. Wingless = teh clean man.

im not sure that the 97 stock eclipse bumper has the least drag i cant remember the drag coeficient numbers and dont wanna look either=P but yes the best bumpers are the carbon bumpers squid skins makes.

A chin spoiler will make some downforce, but only at highway speeds.

Thanx for the suggestions, i have to admit, the car looks really clean without a spoiler...:thumbsup
