is there any conversion kits to make a hard top into a two peice folding convertable top! that would be the shit! also, will my 420a motor mounts work with a 4g64 motor or will i have to move the oil line?
OHH!! i saw a friend who said he saw a picture of a guy he knows who was holding a picture of an eclipse with lambo style doors, only they werent lambo style in the traditional sence, the folded DOWN!!! yes DOWN!!! my friend saw it so it must be true!! he said when driving down the highway he can actualy open his doors DOWN and actualy get a little downforce that gives him about an extra 0.70 seconds at the track and 12.425 HP!! i so want that!
Come on guys any one know a place to get this stuff or at least step by step instructions!

Theres a guy on DSMtooners that did a targa top conversion to his gsx. I saw it in person, it looked real nice. I heard it costs like 5 grand to do though. :shrug

there was an eclipse on ebay with a targa top said it cost 3-4 grand. How would the doors fold down wouldn't they get into your way when your trying to get in?

^^^no, they sorta fold down and outwards, so you can step over them. thats also how you get the downforce when you open them at highway speeds, as they sorta act like upside-down "wings". i hear decah is coming out w/ a conversion this summer.

I know about those doors. A shop around here does them. They use a super-dounble indapexable subtransent joint that floats in a pool of liquid titanium. It operates on an electric motor that uses 3.57 gigahertz to lower and raise the doors. You get the power for the electric motors from a pair of thermonuclear reactors that fit right under the seats, and they operate on cold fusion so you don't have to worry about nuclear waste accumulating under your seats. One time the shop designed the shape of the doors wrong, and when this one guy went to lower them on the highway to get the added downforce the car actually began to take off. The guy got about 20 feet off the ground before coming back down. The shop was going to mass produce that door and market it as a way to turn your car into a personal plane, but they ran into troubles with some government agencies. The shop is now specializing in acetalyne injection. It's 100 times faster than NOS (even though NOS is still the sh*t diggity). I've never actually seen this shop, but my friend's cousin swears that it's true, so it must be true. After hearing about this I'm going to take a acetalyne welding taking and hook it up to my car. Wish me luck.

I also heard that they were werking on a new sheet metal intake manifold that has a remote solenoid attached to your passenger side floor panel, so that when you use your 1000000 shot of NOS and blow the welds on your intake it will trigger the floor panel to fall out.

I heard that this one kid around here had something special put in his car that when he pushes a button it has legs that pop out from undernethe and has rocket launchers that come out the sides. It looks like a car, but it's actually a robot in disguise.

LOL LOL LOL....you wouldn't have that problem though if her head was in your lap, where it should be.....i did this mod where i took out the headrest on my passenger seat, and whenever i have a chic ride shotgun she has to rest her head in my lap now, then i hit my 100000 shot of NOS w/ the blue flames out the exahust, plus the downforce doors, i run 2 second times 30 feet in the air.... road head + nos = the shiznit

That deserves a double dose of DOH! eh, dont know though... they look too odd... the doors at least. The convertible thing there, it would be cool, but why the hell not buy a spyder for the money?
