I want to put one on the front because i painted my car blue. I know its a 2.5" logo, but what do i ask for a the mitts dealership so i can go pick it up tomorrow????

just go to your local hobby shop pick up this foil thing with sticky back and apply it on your emblem and just trim with an xacto knife

I was quoted $40.

test fit it to make sure they gave you the right one too.. there's a bunch've diff. size emblems and styles. some are cheap shiny plastic and some are actual polished hunks of metal too.

Go to your local Satan... since they're pretty new up hre in Canada i had to wait a week. But down there they might have some in stock.

Just ask for the FRONT emblem of any 3g eclipse. Costed me ~15$CDN. I had to ask for a VIN number of one of their display vehicles just to get teh right part, but I'm sure u can handle it.

Yep, the 3G front emblem is the one you want. Fits like a dream, my wife has it on her '98

hey dude, which was the one you grabbed for your 95-96? i posted before but i forgot what you said... i know ours is a little smaller than the 97-99

:wary btw, 3g emblems look sweet on our cars! :)and they fit perfectly on our front bumpers.

For our 95-96, use the Lancer front emblem. Someone ripped mine off so I need a new one =/ . Bastards.

i think machv.com sells the 3g emblems. i dont know if their accounting department consists of a tube of KY jelly and a sign that reads "bend over" however......:) lancer evo, or teh ghey lancer?

Teh gh3y lancer. Dunno about the Evo emblem. Might be the same, might not. Find a parked Evo and measure its emblem. Thats what I did to see if the normal lancer emblem would fit.

what kind of side skirts do you have BTW? is that a stock rear??

Me? Stock 95-96 front and rear, stock 97-99 sides, and just about a month ago I cleared the orange from the headlights. Someday I'll clean her up, replace my emblem, and get some new pics. Someday.

did you have problems fitting the oem sideskirts?? also, is the lancer emblem metal or plastic?

It takes some playing around to get them to look good. I highly suggest a second set of hands to hold the skirt in place while you drill the holes. The pic doesn't show it, but there's a slight gap at the top rear. All I need to do though is get some mounting tape and line the top edge of the rear part of each skirt. I'm just lazy lol.

I'm pretty sure the Lancer and 3G emblem are vac metal.
