here is the tails...nothing special just niteshades tint spray. what do you think? go darker? stay the same?


And here is the engine bay. Yea i know, there isn't a turbo yet. I'm in the process of installing it right now. Anyways any pointers? Opinions?

You did an awsome job on the engine bay. Did you paint the ECU mount and the fuse box cover or what? Nice touch.

i did the same thing to my tails and i have a silver eclipse..looks good everyone compliments my tails..

It is a spray on product called VHT Nightshades. It sprays on like spray paint, however the product allows light to shine through it. www.coolwheels.com has cans pretty cheap.

Looking real good man, don't do anything else to the tails. Once you get the turbo in there you will be set, great work.

To answer some of the questions...The spray is called NiteShades and I picked up a bottle of it at the annual Carlisle car show this past year. It was around $8. I used 3 layers on the tails. The engine bay was all done by myself when I rebuilt the motor. Most of the silver stuff I painted myself and I bought the powdercoated VC. The red is just wire loom.
