60231, Autometer 3 gauge pillar Posted by My9t5Talon, Oct-12-03 11:44 PM
just a quick question for those that have one...
did it come with the tabs on the back of it so you can put the little metal clips on them that snap into the frame?...just want to make sure I don't have to glue or screw it onto the existing pillar...
thanx!

Your Autometer pillar probably came with some little plastic push screw things right? You're supposed to mate the Autometer pillar against the stock pillar, drill holes and use those push screws to hold them together.

you gotta put the autometer one over your stock piece and drill holes there to keep them together. I just drilled one at the top and one in the middle. Looks 100% stock. People are like "did your car come like that with all those gauges?" :cheers

Yeah like they said, you need to drill holes to fit them to your stock pillar but the push pin things that come with it look very clean and give it a good look.
