yeah any auto store should have them, i have red and blue. make sure they match up shape wise with your current dome lights, as there are severeal different designs. i got mine at pep boys for like $3 for 2.

those blue lights from pep boys sucks, so don't buy it there i had blue lights about a week ago, but after about 5 days it turned green then white. so now i got red lights, i didn't get those light bulbs i just used those tail light repair tape (witch is red) to put over the light. now it looks nice and it won't change colors.

i also made my license plate lights, signal lights,reverse lights and dome lights red.

the only bad thing is that they don't make blue tape.

everyplace around town has the regular 1 1/2 inch ones in blue, but not the little 3/4 to 1 inch ones for the dome light. there are two little ones up there...

Are you talking about the bulbs in the mirror?? If so I still have the stock bulbs, but I painted the lenses with Testors transparent paint. Works great and won't burn or fade.

i have an RS with two individual map reading lights ABOVE the rear view mirror. 1 on each side of the switch. Its the same buld as the trunk cargo area. two tappered ends and about 1 inch long (or so)...i want these in blue. any ideas...

Just curious Tim, what is the plate that you replaced the shifter boot with? Was it easy to make? I think it looks great, very effective.

Mine are blue, i got some blue tinted saran wrap (the stuff you wrap food in) doubled it over a couple times, maybe so theres 6 or 7 layers, took out the plastic light cover and used a razor to cut it out to the right size, then I taped it in there. Looks good.

Well, it melted it as far as shrinking the stuff, but not like melting it to the lens. I cut it a little big so when the heat shrunk it it fit better.
