ive been debating on what color projectors and altezzas to get for my car. i think it lists red pearl as the color of the car but really it is like a really dark maroon. i dont want chrome and i dont want a ricy carbon fiber look. but i was wondering what would look better, gunmetal or black. i had trouble finding black altezzas but found some on ebay so im looking at them now. does anyone have any pics of black altezzas or gunmetal on a maroon eclpse? i want to keep a nice dark apperance to the whole car. and im not going to use the center piece either, too ugly. im going to keep mine and paint it the color of my car when i get a 97 bumper put on it.

it will be matched with a carbon fiber hood too, and projectors must be same color as my altezzas. that and a drop is the only apperance mods being done to my car, so i want them to match and flow good together.

Get some altezzas, open them up, then paint them the same color as the car.

On a personal note... Don't buy altezzas!

IMO, dont get them. They are played out and fugly

I would break them apart and do something custom. I have the same color car and I was thinking about opening a pair up and doing some silver and the colormatch the rest. If you want to buy a pair and just put them in APC makes ones that are red that might look good but they are ricey imo.
