Im having a hard time finding venders selling just oem fiberglass hoods so that i can replace mine and get it painted... but i dont want to get a carbon fiber due to the price.. since im going to paint it anyways...

i wont be looking to buy one till beginning of next year.. and im hoping to find a local seller so i can not mess with shipping.. im certain an oem fiberglass hood can not cost that much compared to a carbon fiber one, but like i said.. im having no luck finding anything on the web about one.

so if anyone has any ideas or links be sure to post them and help me out.. :-)

btw.. i live in Houston, TX..

if i have to ill try and get a used steel hood either from someone selling it or from a junkyard, but id love to save some weight if i can by getting a fiberglass one... and i just want a stock OEM hood.. not the funky odd looking ones that most people seem to get these days..

well i dont think they do or ever will. cuz its basically the same weight, and made out of the same material as carbon fiber. so it would be the same price
