It attaches to your drill and helps remove rusted bolts that broke off in the hole. I am trying to attach an old bumper but almost every hole has a broken screw. I need to know how to remove them completely. Someone told me there was such a tool. If i am wrong, feel free to correct me. Thanks in Advance.....

You could use small drill bits or a dremel to drill the bolts out. Never heard of that tool though.

yes sir i worked as the dept manager of tools at ace hardware for 2 years, just ask for a screw extractor. you drill the extractor in, then reverse it, and voila screw comes out
