ok so i mounted my 5 inch tv where the radio goes and put my radio in the center air vents. now the what i need is to mount two 3 inch tv's i have. where the hell should i put them. i was thinging maybe the door. i can really put them in the vents, where i had origanlly planned. but i dunno gimmie sum idea guys

headrests, visors

Some people remove their airbags and set it up in the dash or in the steering wheel. But I too think thats a little wierd, IMO.

i put 2 in the headrests...

Not to make any fights here because I know some people are very touchy when it comes to what they to their cars but why would you put them inthe headrests? I mean no one can really sit in the backseat. Do you something sit in the backseat and watch movies or something? I was personally thinking of putting some in my visors but I figured that my HU screen offered enough for the one person who is in my car at a time other than me. Just curious

Pics! I was actually thinking of doing something similiar to this at one point. I would really like to see how it turned out for you.

pics later when everythings all done (a lil suspense) i dont have no backseats and i have racing seats so no on the headrest and i'll keep the visors in mind ....any more ideas

costom make a dash and mold them in somewhere...

its a funny story how i have the tvs in the backseats. i was driving around and my friends were playing nintendo on my flip out screen (they were playing contra). the person in the back who was playing with the person in the front kept dying and was complaining that they couldnt see the bullets so that gave me the idea to put tvs in the back... ive got pics if anyone doubts it

what about in the glovebox for the passengers side? Just and idea

here are pics my of brothers prelude. he mounted 1 in the middle 2 on doors and 2 in the truck. He had parts of the door fiberglassed and put a 5" TV in it. Looks bad ass. I say put the tv's in the doors.

headrests are pretty easy to do...and look good. They are also easily seen from outside the car (at least in mine they are). The door vents would be PIMP. Seen them done one time on an eclipse on the mcguiar's website, don't know what size will fit but 3" should be fine. My headrests have 5.6 inch screens and i could've still went bigger, So that would probably been a determining factor in the decision if it were me.

wow..you mananged to fit a DIN sized head into the center vents? i tried doing that for a while, but my fiberglass/wood work wasnt stable enough to support the bottom-left hand side, where it gets REAL thin. id love to see some pics, ive only seen one other person do this (kieth..AKA lotalon), and the headunit was mounted kinda crooked in order to accomidate for the weak point. i ended up just mounting my 1/2 DIN eq there.

i vote for the door vents, i think that would kick ass and be very original. :thumbsup

i saw a RSX the other day that had tv screens mounted in his side mirrors. I thought it was pretty cool. have a camera for each screen so they still function as mirrors but be able to watch tv or dvds on them. Just an idea.

that would prolly only be show only though. Screens would get fugged up/jacked if it were a dialy driver

i like the door ones on that yellow car that was the idea ihad, and the visor ones i might think about, i dunno if these might fight they are a lil odd shapped but i'll do sum measuring monday.
