yeah it looks nice i think, one note here, i smoked my corner lenses.... i tried putting them in with orange 1st, 2nd with orange removed, and my final was a smoked layer over the corners to make them more subtle.

Looks great...especially with the clear corner effect. I did the same to my old headlights and it improved the look of the car imensely. Keep up the good work.:thumbsup

One of the most satisfying of the cheap mods imo. Wouldn't you agree Steve? I did mine in about 3 hours. Of course, paint dries faster when it bakes in the AZ sun, so...
I love em. They are mad tyte yo. ;)

i kept taking the lights apart, turned into an all day event. i accidentally made the oven too hot and melted some of my headlight. still havn't really got a chance to really look at them, from wat i have seen so far it works on the car nicely... and yes it is cheap, cant beat that :thumbsup
crylser kid, i had fogs and sold them, i like it open down there

Take your headlights out and bake them in the oven at 350 degrees. After a bit the glue holding the front lens to the back of the light gets gooey and you can take them apart. Just paint what you see chrome. Heat up the glue again and put it back together and dry.

On mine, I used a Rustoleum primer and glass black, with a hi-temp clear coat. It's been almost a year now, and they still look great. It seems to me though, that maybe the chrome plating on that plastic help to dissapate some heat. In the past couple months, my lenses have started to get that faint bubbly-peeling skin to them. Only right in the beam though. Weird. I just need to Simichrome them and they will be golden.
Now don't everybody go out and do it! Hehe. :P
