Whats the best and quickest way of sanding my car to get repainted. should i do it by hand or get some type of tool.?

i'm sorry man..... hand i heard some guy say use a DA, but i have NO idea what that is..
i'd say use a 600 grit paper... get a block, and a spounge (spounge is for curves)
get a bucket, and add some simple green to the water!!! (helps remove all wax and shit)
don't forget your squeegee!
HAVE FUN!!!..... ha (it's not fun)
