Here is the spal kit on my project talon. Let me know if you have any questions. I used gear #8 for the manual window shaft.

And the door panel fits over everything? What did you do about the crank shaft sticking out of the door in the panel. In the anual it says, no it SHOWS, that on some cars you can retract that shaft a bit, what did you do???

door panel fits right on. you have to make sure the motor is towards the inside of the door and not sticking out. You can put spacers that they provided to move the crank shaft in a little bit. Plus you have the diffrent size caps that you can put over the hole in order to hide it. I dont' have pics of it installed but I did install it temporarily and it worked very well. I cut out holes with a dremel for the switches in the door panels where they would normaly go on a eclipse w/ power windows.
