I paid 200.00 for the rear bumper and 200.00 for sideskirts molded and painted so im going to see around 450.00 for everything you want done.

You'll pay around 200-250 per bumper, so 400-500 just to paint the bumpers (quality job). You can't just paint the roof. You have to at least re-clearcoat the entire roof including the part that goes down next to the windshields. The moldings also need to be pealed removed or peeled back. I would guess around 200 at least to do the roof, so I would say at least 600 for everything if the shop does a quality job.

i was quoted around $250 to have a 97 front bumper put on my 96 gs. which means put on, painted, blended. and they told me it would take them atleast a week to do it (sigh).

or you can pay $800 to get your whole car painted and thats a decent quality paint, instead on only painting part of your car for almost the same price.

For $800, that's only a little more than maaco charges. I would say at least $1200 for a decent quality exterior-only paint job. The suppplies alone are roughly 500-600 dollars, and I would estimate at least 30 hours of labor to properly prep and paint the car. Overall, to repaint the inside and outside of my car, it took at least 70 hours. The car has to be color sanded and buffed afterwards too. I guess if a shop doesn't do that, they would cut down on some labor. But any quality shop will color sand and buff for sure.

I was quoted 2000 for a "just off the showroom floor" paint job
