Are the ones that are made out of carbon fiber and that plastic stronger?Which one is the strongest?

all depends.

1. plastic gives, like urethane.
2. fiberglass is strong, but doesn't give.
3. carbon fiber looks pimp and is strong, but can't really be fixed.

so if comes to this. plastic and fiberglass can be fixed easily(i know this for a fact damnit:rolleyes )with fiberglass and bondo and filler. but as for carbon fiber, once it breaks, you can fix it just like you would with the other 2, but you'd lose the carbon fiber look.

if i had the carbon fiber one, i'd use it only for shows. but since i don't show, i just stick with the plain ones. plus, you can paint them if you want too. i just leave mine black to go with the hood and all.

would a oem front with a lip sit as low as a blitz bumper?

i have measurements from mine.

here's a pic:

on the sides, the lip is 1.5 inches and in the middle is 2.5 inches high. so with the bumper, it's 20.5 inches high in the middle and 16.5 inches on the side. the side measurements might be off by an inch but the front is right.

can you post how you made the lip only sit 1inch lower instead of 2.5

well after breaking the lip the first time and it happening a second time, i decided to cut out 1 inch all the way around the lip. so now it's only 1 inch lower. but yeah, lots of fiberglass, bondo, filler, sandpaper, primer, paint, and clear, that's how i ended up with it an inch higher.
here's the shit i went through the first time it broke:

and here's the rest of pics from the fiberglassing adventures:
