So yea...Terre Haute sucks. Nothing but bad roads and railroad tracks in this town. I go across these same tracks everyday for work and they are terrible. I go like no more than 5 mph over these damn things and I get thrown all over the place. Well, today they finally got me. I just hit the wrong hole this time, and it did this:

I'm seriously thinking about trying to sue the local RR place. There was a big thing on the news about them like a month ago talking about how bad the RR crossings are. Maybe I can get lucky and get some money from these people:-(

Sorry to here it. Try to get money, heck at the worse you wont. Well looks like time for a fiberglass patch. I hit a peice of firewood last year and busted my nose. It really pissed me off!!! I just fixed it and was done with it. It sucks because you can drive for a long time stock or unpainted and never hit anything. but as soon as you do you do. Well hope you get some money from them.

When I bent a wheel on the worthless RI streets I called city hall and tehy said they would have covered it if my car were registered in RI.
My father got a new windshield for his Vette when debri from a 18 wheeler cracked it.
It doesn't always take a lawyer. Just patiance and a couple phone calls.

Yea, I've had it on a couple months or so.
I'm having great luck. Just about an hour ago, about 1am, my driver side front ball joint breaks while I'm driving down the road. There goes a quick 50 bucks to tow it home, now I have to get all that shit fixed.:-( :-(

you might be able to get them and say that their horrible roads forced ur ball joint to go bad!

Here are the results from last nights fight...I lost.
First: The passenger side, what the driver side SHOULD look like

Now the good stuff

I'm thinking about just getting some Z3 Fenders if they cut me a check. I doubt they will though.

i got the water company to give me $480 for my bumpers paint getting chipped. i am lowered on sportlines and i guess they did some work where they had to dig out the road. they repaved it and it sunk. i went over it and did a flying leap thing and cracked the paint on my car. it was new paint too because i had gotten in a wreck about 1.5 months before. they didnt even look at my car. the key to getting money is to stay calm, but be firm. let them know that someone is going to pay for it and it wont be you or your insurance company. be nice and polite as well though. dont sound like a jerkoff because they will just get pissed and not like you. i live on the southside of indy. good luck!:thumbsup
btw, i never got the bumper repainted. ha ha. it is chipping in about 5 places now though, getting kinda bad too. ;(

That sux man, I have the same bumper and its basically impossible to not scrape that particular bumper. I just don't even go up driveways and I go like 2 mph over railroad crossings. People ask me about my front and I luv it and everything but I tell them its really hard to drive with it if you have bumpy roads.
