I'm sure you've heard of the other options like going all red or smoking the entire thing, but I just went ahead and backlit the sucker. Not as much light as I would've liked, but I can improve upon my design grealty and you can still end up painting it if you want.

What I think is really cool about it is that you remove the black paint from the letters and it's hardly noticeable in the day that anything's there. I'd post a better pic, but I'm truly lazy and I have to find a job here someday! :P

bah...methinks its too big a piece to color match. Looks tacky IMO, no matter the cars i have seen it doen on i have never been a fan. Your car, your choice though :thumbsup

i agree, i just painted the center part around the liscence plate and the talon letters both red and it looks great.

or black it out...:thumbsup

or you can go all out red n paint the talon letters silver ;)
