i had to get my holes fixed when i got my gst wing. i had a body shop do it. did an INCREDIBLE job on it. you can't tell there was ever any holes there. i'm not sure exactly what they did. i know after they got done they had to do some painting, but that didn't matter. it was in the shop getting a custom paint job anyway. have a shop look at it though.

If you plan on having it painted again, which you should, you can just sand the area around down to the metal, JB weld a small piece of aluminum sheet to the underside, then fill with bondo or fiberglass jelly and sand smooth.

couldn't you just fill the holes with liquid steel?

the proper way is to get a body shop to weld the holes up and grind it down and then have it repainted..... that is the best way

if you don't have the money nor the time for now cover the hole's with the same vinyl stiker's like for body graphic's it would hold you down plus the rain won't leak threw that's what i did..you can ask REMY:thumbsup

temporary fix? duct tape on the inside of the deck lid. (i'm a talon so i'm assuming eclipses are about the same)
or, grind away the paint, and put fibre hair fiberglass on it, get it flat, then glazing and spot putty over that... (perminent)
