Its actually a 2003 GM color..Pacific Metallic Blue as i mentioned before.

With paint, mounting my kit, fenders, painting interior peices etc. Total should come out to be around $2300

I am going back tommorrow and supposedly (hopefully) My rear bumper and sideskirts will be painted...also my z3's....so hopefully I will have pics of whole car tommorrow. I am realy curious as to how my taillights and headlights will look with this color.

Not for nothing but why aren't they painting the car at once. Don't you know paint drying is different and the color can be off due to the humidity and temp. If you paint it all at once it will dry all the same. If you paint piece by piece on different days it can be off. Any body shop guy will verify this. Also why didn't you mold your skirts in.

Its going back to the shop in the winter for storage/ shaved and molded and a custom hood design....possibly a tailight conversion (something out of the ordinary).and maybea targa :)...and i know you thinking why didn't i have this done in the first place. Well i need my car back...like bad. And i only had a certain time frame that it could be in the shop for..even though it was past due already.

man, it must be nice to even have a place like that near you. I called like 40 places just to find someone to put stock sideskirts on my car, lol. Everybody was like no we dont do that, so I asked what happens if someone gets in an accident, will you just leave their stock pieces off? Of course they had no answer for me. Oh well, when i get my front Im going to have to travel just to find a body shop that will do the work. And I live in the capital of NC. Looks damn good though man, def post pics of the finished project

^^^put the stockers on urself, its easy, u just need a 2nd person to hold em while u put em on

OK I checked yesterday and my car is done, all they have to do now is put back on all the molding etc. I am going there now, and i will get the paint code/manufacturer if its possible. I can't wait to get pics of the car while in the sun :) (and all clean)

Ok they told me its Sherman Williams Code 47 or something but I try not to listen to them to much because they were prolly stoned...here are some more pics i should get it back if not tommorrow then monday..then its off to e-check, then to get my exhaust put on, then I'm putting my head unit in (holy shit like 15 sets of wires and a seperate hide-away unit! i will be posting for help in alarms/audio forum prolly), then getting an alarm put on. Anyways here it is in its near finaly glory! enjoy!

Nice. Can anyone testify to the quality of Sherman Williams' auto finishes? Or should I see if I can get PPG to color match? I was thinking of going with Spectra Mica Blue before, but I'm in love with this color and I think it just shot up my list... ;)
