I've been hoping to find some gauges cheap on e-bay; but whenever they have a picture of the gauges the tach only reads to 8000 rpm. My tach reads to 9k. Does anyone make indiglos with tachs that read correctly?

BTW it's a 99 GS M/T

P.S. where can I find the gagues cheap. I like them, but I don't know if I want to blow $100+ on them.

LOL thats is funny and I had the same problems.. I am sure you could even do a search to find my post about the problem.. so here is the deal with the gauges.. and I don't know about the 5 color ones or the reverse indiglo but for indiglo gauges they only made to sets. One for Turbos and one for non-turbo/Automatics . I had to buy the NT/At gauges and luckily I traded a something for the Turbo set just for the RPM gauge so it wouldn't be off. But it took me forever to get it because the guy wouldn't sell me the Turbo gauges even though I was going to pay for them.. I just bugged him long enough and had to convince him that the RPM on the NT also went to 9.. not just on Turbos. I believe Wyatt had the same problem as well and had worked something out to get the right rpm gauge as well. As I said.. I am not sure about the reversed indiglos or the 5 color ones... but as far as I know they still make only 2 set of indiglo for us.

oh and for cheap indiglo I paid 50(55 with shipping) for mine.. they are White faced and bright. I got them from www.groupbuycenter.com and the guy that was selling them was HIDvision .. you can try to contact him directly Sales@HIDVision.com

I had read some of the threads on the subject, but I was hoping maybe there had been some progress in the matter. I figured maybe if enough N/T M/T guys complained the manufacturers would have wised up by now. Is my only option for a proper tach to buy both an N/T and Turbo Gauges?
