I had them. I don't think they are worth the money. Half the time they wouldn't work right and they weren't very bright at all. Here is a website that has better ones.

I don't know who makes mine, but I have some and they are bright as fuck! I can blind people behind me when I hit my brakes...seriously.

wow that's bright. haha :P
d'you know how many leds your bulbs have? just wonderin b/c i got some LEDs for my turn signal and it seemed considerably dimmer than the incandescants i had before

Hey dude. www.superbrightleds.com has 19 1157 bulbs and they are bright as fuck. We got them in all 3 slots on each side and they definitly do the job. Though if it is in the sun just right, you can look through the stock reflector and see a reflection of them and it makes them look like they are on but they aren't. Oh and one more thing, do at least the 2 inside ones that blink (so get 4 bulbs total) cause they will make your blinkers supafast and with a normal bulb in one of the blinker spots your rear tuning signal will look really messed up and will kinda alternate. It really looks gay. But if you can, get 6 of them so all the lights match.

I have my taillights blacked out and I was wondering if I should get the red or white and the wide or narrow.

If you have them blacked out I would get some narrow leds or some hyperwhite bulbs (bulbs, unless you want your blinkers to be fast).

Which of all the 1157 bulbs is THE ABSOLUTE brightest??? I have clear tails and they are just sittin in the garage cuz a cop said he couldnt see the lights AT ALL and he was right. I went out at night to check em out and only 2 out of six worked for some reason. I was drivin like that for like 2 months, and those 2 that worked only turned on VERY dimly, one only the center led lit up and the other only a half circle. So if any of you know let me know asap. TIA

Maybe you would be better off getting regular red bulbs. Maybe you can find some super bright red ones or something.

to make your blinkers flash normally you just need to replace your flasher relay with a variable load flasher. basically it's a flasher that is not affected by putting in different bulbs like an LED.
