53084, which wires do you tap an a/f gauge into? Posted by xeraxes, Jul-18-03 03:51 AM my friend gave me his triple gauge pod and now i have some cool gauges just sitting there in my car. where do i run the wires to? there is a group of wires that come out of my exhaust downpipe. is that where they hook up? which color wires do i tap into? he also gave me an oil temp and vacuum gauge, where do these hook up? | |

53086, RE: which wires do you tap an a/f gauge into? Posted by Remy, Jul-18-03 05:22 AM Air/fuel gets tapped to the o2 sensor. You should have 3 wires for this. Red-power, blk ground and maybe a purple wire which taps into the o2 sensor wire. (thats the autometer set up ) | |
