i got this airhorn and its pretty loud. its a high pitch sound, i think i want something deep like a semi or 18 wheeler horn. how cool would that be. i want people to hear me when i honk at them!

i installed it using the existing wires that go to my existing horn, well not existing anymore. i just tapped into those wires, works perfectly.

w3rd! i did the same shit! i got framm airhorns i have 3 sets ( i expected a deep sound too) but they're like a goose honking. lol. Those semi ones are available at like summit racing and jcwhitneys but they're expensive :thumbsup

correct me if im wrong but i believe semi's air horns work off compressed air...not electricity. you have to hook them up to a compressor and when the pull the chain it actually lets air through..same principal with train horns as well.

yah, mine has a compressor. its a tiny one, i dont know what psi, but its air.

ah, my bad. i thought it was just a reg electric horn that looked like an airhorn
