I would say go with the street fighter. The lip may be new to our local show scene, but imo- too many cars either have kits or just a stock front. Judges are going to think of it as a cheaper way out, even tho it's not really that after you owned a kit. I just think to compete around NC, ur gonna need a kit that everyone doesn't have. Street fighter would look good. :thumbsup If you get the cf lip w/ the cf hood, it may be a different story.

Judges.... FUCK THEM, don't get a whack ass front get the lip man. Those are bad.

I agree, fuck judges. I'd rather have something noticeably different on my car tho. Just my thing. Our cars are a lot alike and I guess we have similar style. Must be a N. Cackalack thing. :P

It's all about fun and meeting people. Judges just go by how clean it is and the flow of the car. I always get judges that say my car is VERY clean compared to others, etc. If they don't give me points on style, oh well. I like it. I have fun meeting up and chilling at the shows. Car is mainly for street and my pleasure even tho it's leaning more towards a non-daily driver now. Anyway, I'm not gonna whore out Jerry's thread.
You need to see a silver car with the lip, and 1 with the street fighter. Maybe someone can hook him up with photoshops? That helps me decide things sometimes. :thumbsup

I say get the kit. The RMDSM lip has been around for years, and it is just starting to catch on more on 2gnt. Most people not into eclipses that see a stock bumper with a lip will think it looks kind of tacky unpainted, and also that you were just too cheap to buy a real kit. Of course some will disagree, but I am just saying that the average person would like a kit more.

so i am cheap now?
