has anyone hooked up a 5 wire actuator?? so far ive got ground unlock input/ unlock output / lock input / lock output ???

that runs into a box and a spare lock/ unlock trigger comes out also a 12v and ground

anyways ive hooked up the actuators and applied power and no movement

but if i apply + - to the lock/unlock output it will open and close can someone help me?
