Friend of mine is looking to get a paint job done on his car, and wanted to know the best place to get a Pearl Blue Clearcoat to finish a black paint job. Any suggestions you guys can give?

ummm, a paint store would be my guess. You don't buy a pearl clearcoat, you buy the clear and pearl seperate and add in as much pearl as you want. Each car and color requires a different amount to suit the owner. HOK has some great pearls, see what's available in your area and what you like, mine is done with a ice blue metallic pearl on my bright white basecoat and I love it.

I would like to see the ice blue metalic pearl on a black base coat. Does anyone have any pics of one up close?
