almost done with the center piece so i thought i would post up some pics. red lenses go in of course. still got some sanding to do. there is masking tape on the bottom part, i am keeping that part stock, the top(amber section) will be painted red. i am going for something subtle, yet custom. opinions on what i have so far???

cool, looking forward to seeing your setup. the lights have red lenses, i just didnt have them in there when i took the pic. they will be wired as brake lights. it will flow with the two outer pieces whenever i get those done. they are going to be a little harder to do though. it will all make sense, you will see. i was just kind of excited cuz this is the first time i tried anything like this and i was really happy with the results.

haha, i dont really care. thats what i wanted was opinions. you dont always like what other peoples opinions are and i can deal with it. i am not sure what it will look like when i am done. i have a picture in my head, but we will see what it actually looks like on the car. hey, if i dont like it i will just scrap it or whatever. thats why i bought an extra set of lights for...to experiment until i get something i like.

yeah i havent even been on this site for six months. but yeah i havent been positive in this section for a while, i held myself back in the photoshop me a bumper thread, and this new one too. ahhhh i am sooo negative lately. i mean it could look good an all but thats just what it reminded me of. i think it would be cool if you could rig a light in the center piece to make the center section light up in a talon

that would be hard to get that to light up. there isnt much room to work with, it isnt all the way closed in, and parts of the backside of the amber are painted black. it might be possible though. the only thing is it would look funny because the amber only lights up when the turn signals are on. i wonder if i could get the red part to light up though. maybe a bunch of LED's mounted from the backside. i wonder how the light would disperse? or if it would be bright enough.

i dont know how much longer, i have 4 projects going on right now and i can only work in the evenings after work when its nice out. plus i need to have a social life! maybe i should just finish one before i start on the next.

i really want to see how the center piece lights up! how the light disperses and stuff. really looking forward to seeing it.
