49931, need help with bondo and getting sideskirt and fender back on

hey my fender and one of my sideskirts is coming loose. I need to get it tightened up. Would bondo work or what do i use? And how hard is bondo to use, for a beginner that knows nothing about this type of thing. What do i need. Thanks
