49673, 5 lug to 4 lug conversion? Posted by blinkbizkit500, Jun-07-03 08:41 PM
hey guys, i have some rims for sale that i want to sell to someone who owns a cavalier. Well their car is 4 lug, and the rims i have fit our cars (5 lug). Is there anything they make to make my rims fit her car? I think i may remember some kind of converter or something? TIA!

You can try these guys http://www.wheeladapter.com/wheel_adapters_and_wheel_spacers.asp but it sounds like way more trouble and expense than it's worth
95ESI-intake,borla,sportlines,kyb,17"TSW Momo Montecarlo(srs light stuck on for 3 years) yep, nothin special

I know that mustangs have 5 lug conversions for the fox body style. and your topic is backward. no one would wnat to change a 5 lug into a 4lug for obvious reasions

5 lugs are known to hold the wheel tighter. also a 5lug usually has a biggre brake system. thus why 240 owners switch to 300z brakes. im probably wrong tho.
