There is a penis on the side of my car because my boy likes to showcase his artistic skills on the side of cars he does. The car in the background is one of those fiero/lamborghini kit cars.

Nope, hood isn't a VIS. It's a good hood from keystone restyling. You can get it through jcwhitney or summit for about $650 plus shipping.
