thats the second eclipse ive seen with supra tails. how do they do that? it looks tight!

Those are Camaro tail lights.
I do like the way the tail lights looks. What I don't like on the car is the rear side window being covered or bondo'ed or whatever they did you match it to the body.

1-buy supra taillights
2-remove eclipse taillights
3-hack up and re-mold the rear hatch, fenders and center taillights to hold the supras
4-bondo and paint
5-wire the supra lights to work on the eclipse
simple but still expensive and by no means easy
