and some headlights, my 95 bumper has taken a beating this winter and my head lights are full of water.

A good idea would be hit a junk yard for the lights. It will be hard to find a totalled car without front bumper damage though. Call the junk yards or go to www.msrecycling.com. They have a lot of mitsu parts for sale.
