OK guys Im finally getting a set of skirts. 95 Talon stockers with door caps. My question is how hard is it to install them? Am i gonna have to drill holes in my baby? I thought theres a couple that need to be drilled for the door caps is this right? If so is there any way around it? Any double sided tape or some sort of weatherstrip type tape I could use? what about the skirts themselves? Any info would be appreciated, Pics of an install would be appreciated more!

Where are the holes going to be drilled? In the visible part of the door if the skirts werent there or under the wheel wells and under the door? Do I have to drill or is there another way. I dont have a problem rilling in the wheel wells or under the door, Its just that I dont want to drill in the middle of the door or fenders

hmm il make you a painting in paint, now these arent the actual location of the holes. I reccomend putting paint on the back side of the plastic rivets on the skirts and let them mark the correct position to drill the holes

I installed my side skirts a while back, it's fairly simple to figure out when you observe the grommets and where the holes are suppose to be in relation to the mounting points on the skirts. Yes you're going to have to drill into your car, the only tricky part is pin pointing with some precision where to start drilling.

Now one helpfull tip to use when locating and marking the drilling points is to first buy some of what I call "foam washers" they're basically washer like rings that have double sided tape abount an 1/8" of an inch thick and about a half inch in diameter. Then you want to stick the washer centered on the mounting brackets on the skirt itself where the head of the grommets are suppose to slip into, once placed then take some black ink or paint and dab the face of the washer (I would suggest prepping two or three washers) then take the skirts and place it into position on the car and slowly align the lines, close in and press the skirt against the car specifically the points where the foam washers are located at, after you pull away the skirt you should have paint marks showing you where to drill the holes. Then repeat the process for the rest of the job.

I drilled 3 holes, held on great. Also used some really good glue.
