Well i'm counting the days until my car gets painted.. todays projects were starting body work (getting rid of the gay roof lines first!) and starting to paint my spoiler since it was finally completed sanded/primed the other day (used to be black see picture below) anyways heres the timeline first (i just finished finals and i have 1 week before i start work fulltime)

Today:
Roof Lines / Spoiler Painting
Wednesday:
Line from doorcaps & holes / More Spoiler Painting
Tuesday:
Mold Side Skirts
Friday:
bah work
Saturday:
Refit Front of body kit / back
Sunday:
Fix Any small dents just finish up
Monday:
Bring to paint shop to go black :)

Almost done guys! have to get ready for the meet on the 31st :)
And don't hate to hard i've been doing all my work (putting on kit etc etc etc) by myself so don't expect perfection:)

doesnt look like you took it down to the metal befor you laid the bondo in, did you? what grit sandpaper u use? if thats bondo, i hope you dont have a killer system because thats gonna crack, and btw, i was gonna shave that body line till i found out thats one of the most flexing parts of our cars :nono

yeah you didnt sand down that shit... also did you weld the spoiler holes first? lol i hope so man or looks like you will be doing some more body work after your cars painted... when you put bondo down it needs to be all metal so it sticks real good bondo will dryrot after awhile... i hope i dont piss you off or anything but you need to know the truth

yeah the spoiler holes were welded shut (a long w/ the antenna) awhile ago .. i haven't touched that work in months it was done before winter .. i have to finish that also .. im working on the doors right now because of the gay doorcaps

well after the input i received here i desided a sunroof was the way to go and placed my order with streetbeatscustom.com for the popupsunroof (150$) .. i'll have pics for you guys once it gets here and it being installed! (got quoted 150$ to have it put in w/ doin the headliner)

are you painting it the same color or are you going with something else. hope it all works out, that shit will be smooth on the top. post again with pics.

Damn man, did I read that right? You're going BLACK? WTF man, the best part of our cars is the copper color! Stick with it, it's worth it. Good luck either way...heck, what do I care, paint your car, I'll eventually be the only one left...hehe :)
