My buddy in my car club has an eclipse with 20s on it, He has fenderflares The tires cost 400 bucks a piece but thought I would like to share. I will try to get some pics of it real shortly

mmmmmmm, 20's. maybe a little overkill on the eclipse, but I'd love to see the pics. Hey, maybe after seeing the pics I'll want 20's too! Just another way to keep me from buying a turbo.

IMO there is a point when you get too large of a set of rims, & 20s are just too large for an eclipse anyways.

Yea 19's are the optimum size....20's jsut look odd. They sit the car up unusually high...and it just doesn't look good.

I still love my 16's :P
I live in NYC where pot-holes are the size of my spare donut. anything over 16's would just feel terrible in ride. But looks wise, 19's are just perfect, fills in the gap very nicely.

I don't want my car to look like it's riding on all rim. I like my 17's and would never go any bigger. 18's and especially 19's are getting to the point of no tire sidewall, 20's... are just really big!

Hey my 18's have a bigger sidewall then my 17's did. 225/45/18 look sooo good.

20's are over kill imo...Not going over 18's because I live in NYC and even if I didnt live in NYC I dont think I would get anything bigger than that.

20's?? are you kidding? OMG, i need to see a pic of this. I love the way the 17's look size wise, and 18's i would say is a good maximum size for fit/looks. IMO, anything over 18's, just looks odd and out of place(from a physical standpoint anyways). Of course, there are those who want some bling, and dont really care, which is totally subjective. Its their car, if they like it, thats just fine. But seriously, 20's??? haha "look! I got me some Dubs on my clipse!" They better do it right and be sure they are chrome!

there is a guy here in NC that bagged his wifes GST and put it on chrome 20" rims. He said he had to shave some of the suspension pieces to get it to fit though :nono

eff that. looks are cool, but I'd rather have 100% driveability and function.
