Wanted to see what i would need to do to swap the 3 pc spoiler with the turbo spoiler. Anyone who has performed the swap, information about the procedure would be much appreciated. I think all i have to do is take off the spoiler, weld underneath the holes, fill them in, repaint, then install the new spoiler. Let me know if this sounds right, or anything else. Also, how much did the swap cost you?

Just buy the Wings west 3 pc... looks a lot like the turbo wing. I like it better personally. The body shop did weld the old holes and make new ones, but they said that after they put it on, it probably would have worked fine with the existing holes. Not positive how well it would work out.

You would still have to weld the center hole and have it painted:thumbsup

I got my 3-Piece Spoiler from Wings West several years ago. The spoiler cost $300 and the shop charges me $150 to Paint it, install it, and fill in the hole on the trunk lid.

It's looks just like the spoiler on the 3000GT (98 model)

IMO that wings west wing is just way to big for the eclipse, it doesnt go with the body lines very well.

I'm getting a carbon fiber version of the turbo wing, someone in West Chester is molding it right now and i think it will be ready soon, so that would be pretty sweet looking IMO, but definetly a bit more pricey than a normal one.

I live in long valley(morris county)....all the body shops around here have rediculous prices. The first shop I stopped at quoted me 1500 to have the wing painted, have all the hole filled and welded shut, and have the wing installed. So when I went to the shop that actually did it for me, 1000 sounded pretty damn good.
