What button normally goes in the console directly beneath the Rear Defroster button?

That is where my LED Light is for my alarm. Some people have the LED on the little bezel on the left to the steering wheel. But since I have power mirrors, fog lights, cruise control...Its all filled up.

-==- that button is for the convertible cars, thats where they lowering the roof button goes, but all other cars that aren't convertibles get to have a nice empty gray spot.

Could order a button from satan, and run something to it? Once I get my neons in a few months, I'm gonna order a "hazard lights" button from satan, and use that as the switch.

The lower and raise button for the roof is where the rear wiper is, on the right side of the vent...not that third button...

The 3rd button is most likely used for the european version of our car. They have a REAR fog light. It's a VERY bright red light used in dense fog conditions. England and areas of Germany are famous for the foggy driving conditions. Want to piss of a local national when overseas...turn on this light when it's not foggy out! I also noticed that some of the higher end import cars are coming with these equiped...Volvo's & BMW's come to mind. I bet most idiots won't know not to use this all the time

LAST EDITED ON 31-May-01 AT 07:44 AM (PST)I think I heard somewhere that the third button down below the defroster and hazards is a button only available on the GS-X I thin it has something to do with the LSD? I could be way off on this one though.
I ordered a hazard button from satan and put that in there. It took a little modifications to the actual switch harness, but it fit and then I glued it on there.
The hazard switch is square shaped and the third button doesnt have 4 corners, so you'll have to round one off.
Also, the button all the way on the right is the (for GS - GS-X, non convertible) the rear window whiper. For the convertible models GS and higher that button is used to roll the top up and down.
