hey guys..
how do i install the glow gauge on my GS !! i know i have to take of my dashboard !! can anyone tell me what i sould be aware off when taking of the orig. gauge !! Or is is just the 2 screws underneath the dash..??

this has been discussed several times before, please do a search.

2 screwes under your gauge bezel.

4 screwes around your gauge cluster.

Pull out your gauges (make sure your steering wheel is all the way down)

Use a flathead screwdriver to assist in pulling off the clear plastic, it's held on with tabs. Don't force it or it will break.

Use the same flathead to take off the black gauge frame (is that what it's called?)

Gently ease the indiglows under your needles, you can do it without removing the needles. If you take those off it's a major pain in the ass. Don't forget there are 2 screws you have to take out of the fuel and temp gauges.

Run your wires, body ground the black and connect the red (power) to the green wire with white strip that is in the harnes in your driver side kick panel. That way they come on when you flip on the lights.


Pretty easy, just be careful.

on the tabs- so they don't break: get each one about half way out and work ur way around, then just pull the clear part str8 off. :thumbsup

I mounted mine right on top of my stock gauges. They look great, you cant see the stock ones at all.

yeah.. its easier if you just slide the new ones over the old... saves you alot of trouble and headache...just be really really careful about the needles... I busted one when I did it the first time on a friends 98RS..

i don't suppose anyone wants to send me they stock gauge faces (seeing as it looks like you guys left them on) oh well, i'll just make some from scratch. if it works well, i can do custom gauges for yall

looks like miller has it down to a science. i held mine in place with model glue (to facilitate removal if need be) this mod is too easy, a honda owner could do it.
