46278, Pics of my new rims & drop!!!! (Maybe not good for 56k) Posted by GTAGRIP, Apr-29-03 03:01 PM
Well I finally got some rims and lowered the car. Thanks to OZ_GS, and my future brother-in-law for basically doing it all!! I still need to replace my driver's side rear hub (its bent), my passenger side front stabilizer link (Bolt was stripped), replace ALL of my lug studs (NTB tightened them too tight when they put my 14's on last time and they are ALL breaking) and put the front camber kit on which came today, then an allignment. Anyway, whatcha think? Be Nice :thumbsup (All wheels have 4 lug nuts x( , and I know I need bigger disks up front and some in the rear ;(

I would like to say that the sway bar link was stripped before I got there. I take no responsibility....hehe ;)
Looks really good Jimmy. Hope I wasn't to hard on you. You held the flashlight like a pro. :D Sorry i couldn't help myself.
:thumbsup

Its a 1.5 drop. I bought the suspension package from optauto. Came out real nice IMO. And Chad is lying, he is the one that broke the stabilizer link :P (Not really) but if it weren't for my flashlight holding abilities it wouldn't have got done. :7 And yes, I know, I need new rotors and other things. Thanks for all the compliments.

Nice! I thought I'd never say this but... the black unpainted doorhandles and mirrors actually look good on your car! ;-)

Looking at your car -- i realize I must be much lower than 1.5" -- there is absolutely no gap on my rear tires at all -- and barely any on my fronts -- woah!!
Looks nice though.
